Description of the Services

Arvo is a health technology platform that helps users organize, monitor, and better understand health-related information, including information from wearables, labs, reports, daily habits, and other user-provided inputs.

The Services may provide summaries, reminders, trends, alerts, recommendations, or other outputs generated using software tools, automation, and artificial intelligence.

No Medical Advice

Arvo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Services are for informational, wellness, and organizational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment or care.

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment decision. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information provided through the Services.

Not for Emergencies

The Services are not intended for emergency use and are not monitored for urgent or time-sensitive medical situations.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us promptly at support@arvohealth.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

User Data and Content

You may provide or connect data, files, documents, prompts, reports, wearable data, and other content through the Services ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Arvo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display User Content solely as necessary to provide and maintain the Services, improve functionality and safety, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide any User Content you submit.

AI-Generated Outputs

Some outputs provided by Arvo may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence or automated systems. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.

You agree not to rely on Arvo as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other significant decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

• Upload or transmit data you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law.
• Use the Services as a substitute for emergency response, clinical supervision, or professional medical care.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party devices, applications, APIs, websites, or services. Arvo does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content provided by Arvo, are owned by or licensed to Arvo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, your use creates legal, security, or operational risk, or we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Arvo disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Arvo does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any output will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your circumstances, or that the Services will detect every health issue, pattern, or risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising out of or relating to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvo's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Arvo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arvo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
