HIPAA
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Arvo's consumer-facing Services are not offered as a covered entity or business associate service under HIPAA.

If you access the Services from outside the country where our systems or service providers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
